Take me out to the ball game. Buy me some peanuts and cracker jacks. I don't care if I ever go back.
This week we've been totally washed out with soccer. But the weather gods have shined brightly for tball. The little guy had his 1st practice on Wednesday. He was a little apprehensive before we left, but once there jumped right in. Prayers Up! He was a little nervous about catching the ball. But once seeing that literally no one can catch, he relaxed. Which is funny, because mommy cringed. It's going to be long innings! But someone played short stop...that's my boy
And we did an Easter Egg hunt at the church. Someone zoomed in like a mad man. And immediately opened his eggs to see what was inside..lots and lots of chocolate. Oh boy!
As we head into Easter we're, once again, reminded how lucky we are as a family. It's a little quiet without the Inlaws in town. But we'll make the most of it. Up next: coloring eggs. And this time I will figure out that dipper.
Happy Easter everyone.
