My family left for Ohio this morning. It's always a bittersweet moment. But, it might have been worse this time. I could tell that it was really hard for them to say goodbye to the little guy. I mean, who wouldn't feel bad saying goodbye to this little heart warmer. It was neat to see how well that they attached in such a short time. Love abounds. We'll miss them, but see them again soon.
The little guy continues to show us his smarts. He is starting to understand certain words and respond to them. If we say go get "ball ball", he immediately ventures off in search of them. This morning, grandmom asked him "where is Uncle Larry" or "where is Uncle Dick". He turned his little head to acknowledge each person.
So ladies, we not only have a hunk that likes to clean, but also a man of intellect.
